Alexandra joined Austin's Communication Station in August of 2019. She received her Master's degree in Occupational therapy from the University of Oklahoma in 2018. She had the opportunity to work with the adult and pediatric populations in the inpatient and outpatient settings. In addition, she also had the opportunity to work with a variety of diagnoses such as autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, gross motor delays, sensory integration disorder, and developmental delays. She loves working in a pediatric population and has love for the austim community.
While Alexandra is a new resident of Austin, she is no stranger to Texas. She is originally from Dallas and recently lived in Ohio, where she was able to work at a school for students with autism. There she help build a fitness program for children with autism; combining two of her passions.
In her spare time, Alexandra likes to do yoga, go to the moives, spend time outside, and try new restraurants with her fiance.
